题目: Basic concepts in algebras and coalgebras for Hopf algebras

摘要: Hopf algebras are simultaneously algebras and coalgebras with a product and a coproduct, appearing in various areas of mathematics and physics: representation theory, quantum field theories, control theory, etc.  In this talk, I introduce some basic concepts in algebras and coalgebras to understand Hopf algebras.

报告人简介: 高兴，博士，兰州大学教授。于2010年7月在兰州大学数学与统计学院获得博士学位，留校工作至今。2015年8月至2016年8月间，在美国Rutgers大学交流访问，师从Rota-Baxter代数的国际领军人物郭锂教授。主要从事Rota-Baxter代数和代数组合等领域的研究，在Journal of Algebra、Journal of Pure and Applied Algebra、J. Algebraic Combin.、Pacific J. Math.、Discrete Applied Math. 等国际期刊上发表SCI学术论文近四十篇。主持数学天元基金、青年科学基金、甘肃省自然科学基金项目，曾参与国家自然科学基金项目2项和甘肃省自然科学基金项目1项，出版专著一本。

题目: Introduction to combinatorial Hopf algebras  

摘要: In the first part, we will present examples of Hopf algebras based on various combinatorial objects such as trees, permutations, etc, as well as examples of morphisms between them and the main theorem of the theory of combinatorial Hopf algebras. In the second part, we will explore the links between operads and combinatorial Hopf algebras and nonassociative structures such as pre-Lie algebras or dendriform algebras.

报告人简介: Loïc Foissy, 法国du Littoral Cote d'Opale大学数学系主任、博士生导师、教授，长期从事代数、组合、Hopf代数、Operad理论的研究，特别是在根树上的Hopf代数结构方面做出了许多优秀的工作，在Adv. Math.、 J. Algebra、Int. Math. Res. Not. IMRN、Comm. Math. Phys. 等高水平杂志发表学术论文四十余篇，现任多个杂志的编委。
